Are You Dreading the Sharp Pain of That First Step Each Morning?
Does that first step out of bed feel like walking on broken glass? Do you find yourself avoiding walks, hikes, or even standing in line because your heels or arches simply can't take the pressure?
Your feet are your foundation. When you suffer from plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, or chronic ankle instability, the pain radiates upward, affecting your knees and hips. It is exhausting to constantly scan the ground for uneven surfaces just to avoid a flare-up.

This place is amazing! Dr. Mark is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and it shows. Any of his staff from Sara to Paulina are professional and friendly. He has saved my back multiple times and our entire family goes here! My father has muscular dystrophy and Dr. Mark has helped him get stronger and walk again! This Doctor is a miracle worker! No joke!

Mark and his staff are truly amazing! I have been coming here for the last 3 years and they are always so supportive and helpful with everything from my plantar fasciitis, scoliosis, fibromyalgia, etc. I have sent my best friend here who is also a physical therapist and she absolutely loves their work and how knowledgeable they are, which says a lot! Highly recommend!!

Mark, Gatlin and his team are very knowledgeable and personable. I broke my ankle and they helped me get back on my feet in a few weeks. I definitely recommend this place!
Arvada Ankle / Foot Pain Success Stories
Why does my foot hurt?
Orthotics and cushioned shoes can provide support, but they don't fix the underlying weakness. If your foot's intrinsic muscles are dormant or your calf is tight, your arch will collapse under load regardless of what shoe you wear. We focus on rebuilding the structural integrity of your foot from the ground up.
Plantar Fasciitis
This is the inflammation of the thick band of tissue connecting your heel to your toes. It is characterized by stabbing heel pain, which is usually worst with the first few steps in the morning.
Achilles Tendinitis
Overuse of the calf muscles can cause inflammation in the Achilles tendon (the cord at the back of your heel). This creates pain and stiffness, especially for runners or active individuals.
Ankle Sprain
Walking on uneven surfaces or landing awkwardly can stretch or tear the ligaments on the outside of the ankle. This leads to swelling, bruising, and instability that can become chronic if not treated.
Fallen Arches (Overpronation)
When the arch of the foot collapses, it alters the alignment of the entire leg. This places excessive stress on the foot muscles and can lead to pain radiating up into the shins and knees.
